Many eyes are on you, judging you, assessing you, and criticizing your every move, taunting the little flatter in your steps. Every whisper, every laugh looks like its mocking you, ridiculing you for your appearance or lack of confidence.
Yes, that’s what insecurity victim feels.
Self-doubt is not only being insecure about your body but also doubting your words and body language and striving continuously to make it more adequate in front of the individuals.
An anxious person stutters every word of their conversation to make it look more congenial. They fear making fools out of themselves.
They can’t bear the embarrassment or humiliation of being mortified or ridiculed and are conscious of every action and move.
“INSECURITY KILLS ALL THAT IS BEAUTIFUL.”
— DEMI LOVATO.
“MOST BAD BEHAVIOR COMES FROM INSECURITY.”
— DEBRA WINGER
It takes an insecure person a lot of time to adapt to new peoples and surroundings. They are usually anxious and socially-awkward.
They usually remain reserved and silent as not to blurt out wrong statements that can offend any person.
Such people are generally calm and self-possessed.
Whenever they determine to confront their fear and dismay, their brains instantly send them signals to step back into their comfort zone.
They can’t find the confidence and courage of facing their fear.

“INSECURITY WAS NEVER HUMILITY, JUST AS ARROGANCE WAS NEVER SUCCESS.”
— SHANNON L. ALDER
Every experience of humiliation and mortification is imprinted in their mind that refrains them from confronting their anxieties and concerns. That’s why they abstain from adjudicating something new and innovative. Such selves have multitudinous and challenging talents and abilities buried inside them, but the lack of courage and confidence refrains them from bringing their skills out.
“WE JUDGE OURSELVES BY WHAT WE FEEL CAPABLE OF DOING, WHILE OTHERS JUDGE US BY WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY DONE.”
— HENRY WADSWORTH
Judging others by their appearance and behavior is general human behavior. We cannot deny the fact that every human is approached based on his/her demeanor.
Though, we should avoid judging and teasing others about their actions, words, or looks. Judgment can lead to insecurity, and insecurity can lead to anxiety. Words are omnipotent weapons for all objectives, good or bad.
Those who are insecure about their body should keep in mind that every part of them has bolstered them.
Those who are insecure about their words should remember that their statements are their treasure.
Those who are insecure about their appearance should keep in mind that your looks cannot represent what you are.
Be confident about what you are doing, and no power in the world can stop you from achieving your goals.
The people criticizing you now will be the one appreciating you at the time of your success.
