A Motivation

There are lot of people in this world who are sitting ideal and waiting for a miracle which make their lives better but on the other hand there are also lot of people who really wants to get something and seriously struggling to achieve perfection in lives.

Demotivation is act of demotivating a person, that he/she can’t do anything. The most common sentence which use “we all have to die one day, what you are to this world? all that we earn will remain in this world. What are you so proud of?” They are the ones who can’t live with others people’s success and always try to demotivate. Remember, not all storm come to DISRUPT some come to clear our path.

Around 800,000 people die by suicide in the world each year, which is roughly one death every 40 seconds. Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in the world for those aged 15-24 years. Depression is the leading cause of suicide worldwide. And this depression is mostly due to lack of motivation. The Golden Period of Youth (between the age of 15-25 year) is the phase of character development of a person. This period makes him/her or break him/her.

Everyone has some aim in their life. Some wants to be a professional doctor; some wants to become teachers and so on. To achieve these goals, one has to work hard. Motivation can be the source of your hard work.

There are two type of motivation:

  1. Internal motivation
  2. External motivation

Motivation is usually derived from an external source it could be in the form of reward, a designation or an increase in salary. But the motivation and the driving force that is formed within is called as internal motivation and it is driven by personal/mental satisfaction. If you are satisfied with your work or your job then it doesn’t matter what is your salary or what the people are saying about you! If you are happy with it, no matter what the job is.

Let’s take an example of a teacher:

Teacher is not a employ of an institute from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Teacher is a person who provides education, and if he is honest and happy with his job, he always teach something no matter it is 9 AM in morning or 2 AM at night.

When you are self-satisfied, your conscious does not depends on external/material things then there is no need for external motivation. If you are not dependent or bound by the shekels of your mind than you can accomplish anything that comes in your path. We can’t change the thinking of people but we can instruct them/guide them, in a proper way.

The book, SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE by STEPHEN.R COVEY talk about the area of concern/circle of concern. The “circle of concern” include the wide range of concerns you have in your work and life. Everything you included in circle, concerns you and everything outside the circle is of little or of no concern.

Everyone has a goal they want to achieve, but the first mistake most people make is that what happens will be “based on destiny”. But this concept is wrong. Your faith must be bigger than your dreams. Trust yourself, Take the first step.

SHAKESPEARE said:

“I ALWAYS FEEL HAPPY. YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE I DON’T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM ANYONE. EXPECTATIONS ALWAYS HURTS. LIFE IS SHORT. SO LOVE YOUR LIFE. BE HAPPY AND KEEP SMILING. JUST LIVE FOR YOURSELF. AND BEFORE YOU SPEEK, LISTEN. BEFORE YOU WRITE, THINK. BEFORE YOU SPEND, EARN. BEFORE YOU PRAY, FORGIVE. BEFORE YOU HURT. FEEL. BEFORE YOU HATE, LOVE. BEFORE YOU QUIT, TRY. BEFORE YOU DIE, LIVE.”
